Our larger hall, Inglis Hall is equipt with a sound system, tables, chairs, raised stage, catering kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, and an outside porch that runs almost the entire length of the building.

A historic former residence built in 1928, It has a spacious main room with balconies on either side and a grand staircase. It is designed with wood logs and original metalwork. It comes with a fireplace, sound system, tables, and chairs.

Taylor Memorial Chapel
A Sante Fe Mission style chapel built in 1929. The chapel is decorated with brightly colored wood carvings, has a balcony, and courtyard lined up with a great view of Pike's Peak. This building is also equipped with a sound system.

Rental Fees for Reception Halls
November - April: $2,150
May - October: $2,600
Booking time includes 8 hours (typically 2 pm - 10 pm) additional hours may be charged at $100/hr

Booked separately: $900
Booked with a Reception Hall: $600
Booking time includes 4 hours - 1 hour rehearsal and 3 hours for the ceremony
Rental fees include: initial set-up of facilities' tables and chairs; amenities including catering kitchen, fireplace, and sound system.
Beer, wine, and champagne are allowed.
Please note a $1,000,000 event liability insurance is required for all weddings.
